Inside the Project: Back Bay

How we approached furnishing one of the most thoughtfully renovated homes we’ve seen.

Yesterday, we completed the final install in what has been 3 straight months of installations every 2 weeks.

And for those who have been following along - you know we’ve been talking about it nonstop.

This one felt especially earned.

Mostly because this Back Bay home had 5 staircases, 12 foot ceilings, and enough trips up and down the stairs to make us question every life decision we’ve made over the past three months.

Our team was moving from 7am to 7pm. My calves have never experience pain quite like this. And in hindsight, Sam probably should not have gone to Pilates four days in a row leading up to this install.

Also - within the first 10 minutes of the day, Sam became overly excited to inspect the home’s elevator, swung the door open too aggressively, and her toenail popped off.

Just in time her tropical vacation.

So overall, morale was high.
